These monthly consultation groups are for WA state professionals doing 1:1 peer support or facilitating support groups. DESCRIPTION:Postpartum Support International\, a non-profit\, is committed to supporting all people during the perinatal period. We know and understand how challenging the perinatal season can be due to stress\, inherent discrimination in the system\, fluctuating hormones\, and other complicated feelings. We have a weekly support group\, Latinx Support every Thursday\, 1st & 3rd @ 4:30p; 2nd & 4th @ 12p\, PST. \nThis group is for anyone pregnant or postpartum (up to two years) and identifies as Latina\, Latinx\, or Latino. There is no definition or level of being “enough Latinx.” All are welcome who have a familial connection to Latinx culture. Our online groups help you connect with other parents\, talk about your experience\, and learn about helpful tools and resources. Whether you are going through stress\, adjustment to parenting\, baby blues\, pregnancy or postpartum depression/anxiety\, our groups are here for you. This group is in English\, so group members will benefit most if they can understand and speak some English (perfection is not required!).
