SUMMARY:Orcas Island - Perinatal Peer Support Group
DESCRIPTION:While this group is not currently meeting to do social distancing requirements\, phone and email support is available! Email lilyostle@gmail.com or call (425) 765 3816. \nWe are a non-judgmental community from pregnancy through the first year of parenthood. Our goal is to create a safe space for sharing struggles and triumphs during the transition to parenthood. All babies and children are welcome\, as well as all parents/guardians. Groups are facilitated by former birth and postpartum doula Lily Ostle\, who has ten years of experience helping families. Topics include\, but are not limited to: baby feeding\, family sleep\, co-parenting and single parenting dynamics\, nutrition\, pregnancy trimesters\, birth stories\, and developmental milestones. Donations are welcome\, but not required. For more information please contact Lily at lilyostle@gmail.com. Every other Sunday beginning Feb 2nd. \nFREE or by donation.
