DESCRIPTION:Every Tuesday 7:30pm ET/4:30pm PT\n \nThis group is for anyone pregnant or postpartum (up to two years) and identifies as Black or African-American. There is no definition or level of being “Black enough.” Pregnant and postpartum moms with a biological connection to the African diaspora (African Americans\, Afro-Caribbeans\, Afro-Latin Americans\, Black Canadians\, etc.) are welcomed. This is a space for Black mothers to connect\, discuss their experiences\, and learn helpful tools and resources. Whether you are going through stress\, adjustment to parenting\, baby blues\, pregnancy\, or postpartum depression/anxiety\, our groups are here for you. You are not alone\, and we are here to help. We do not allow group observation by students or professionals. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
