This group addresses the ups and downs of the early parenting journey from pregnancy to postpartum, no matter if it is the transition for first time parents or parents of multiple children.
Topics to include attachment, emotions, self-care, community support and ‘when its not just the baby
blues.’ Every parenting experience is different, challenging and at times difficult. You are not Alone
