Olympia – Mothers Together

Mothers Together is a free support group for moms with babies up to one year. Mothers Together is a postpartum peer support group. It is facilitated using the MotherWoman model for postpartum groups, which is focused on education and empowerment. Meetings include education, sharing, and discussion. At Mothers Together, moms will find a safe and supportive space in which to share their experiences with each other. It is the central premise of this group that reducing isolation among moms will help them to feel more confident and hopeful, and will lead to healthier moms, families, and community. The facilitator, Emily Stephens, is so pleased to bring this to Olympia!
