Some struggling in the first year of their child’s life may be diagnosed with Postpartum Depression or Postpartum Anxiety. Time phase of life poses struggles for any gender parent/grandparent of biological/adoptive/foster children in their first years of life. Scientific studies have shown that inclusion of group therapy in their mental health support increases their outcomes and healing. Many others struggle with the isolation of similar issues and are also in need of support. No matter which of these you are\, this is a space for you. We are starting a Connection Support group for new parents of all kinds. Let’s work together to help you work through this phase of life and discover where your parenting path is leading you; with your head held high\, and tools in your metaphorical tool belt to handle this parenting road\, and find a place of peace. \nWho is this group for? Some struggling in the first year of their child’s life may be diagnosed with Postpartum Depression or Postpartum Anxiety. Time phase of life poses struggles for any gender parent/grandparent of biological/adoptive/foster children in their first years of life. Scientific studies have shown that inclusion of group therapy in their mental health support increases their outcomes and healing. Many others struggle with the isolation of similar issues and are also in need of support. No matter which of these you are\, this is a space for you. We are starting a Connection Support group for new parents of all kinds. Let’s work together to help you work through this phase of life and discover where your parenting path is leading you; with your head held high\, and tools in your metaphorical tool belt to handle this parenting road\, and find a place of peace. \nWho is this group for?
