Parenting & Postpartum Support Group
Benton-Franklin Health District is launching a Parenting & Postpartum Support Group.
The focus is on learning mental health tools, building connections, and sharing experiences so parents feel supported and less alone. Parents who are pregnant, adjusting to life with a new baby, or navigating early parenthood. This is a peer support group, not therapy, though it can certainly be therapeutic.
Babies in arms (pre-crawling) are welcome. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide childcare for older children.
