These grants support underserved communities and populations with limited access to services by facilitating task forces, parent support groups and trainings around perinatal mental health. With broad community representation and collaboration, these organizations address barriers and work to improve overall healthcare with a focus on increasing community capacity to support families of color. By raising awareness, knowledge, and connecting people to resources, these grants help sustain and align efforts to furthering community and family engagement, and increase perinatal mental health outcomes.
A special thanks to DCYF for their ongoing support and partnership!
