- Perinatal Depression & Anxiety
- Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
- Bipolar & Perinatal Psychosis
- Pregnancy and Perinatal Loss
- Traumatic Birth Experiences and NICU stay
- Impacts of Sexual Abuse in the Perinatal Period
- Fertility Journey Challenges – Perinatal Impacts
- Mobile Mama Strategies for the Perinatal Period
- One hour per month for 6 months
- First ten minutes of each group focused on PMH topic overview
- Fifty minutes for perinatal case consultations
- Opportunity for supportive reflection and learning
Learning Objectives:
- Provide a safe, confidential space for professional consultation
- Foster collaborative learning and peer support
- Develop advanced clinical skills in perinatal mental health
- Explore complex clinical scenarios and interventions
- Create a supportive network of specialized providers
This training does not provides Continuing Education Units (CEUs). This is a live training and a recording will not be sent out.

About the trainer:
Michelle Anderson: Michelle Anderson is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and is Perinatal Mental Health Certified. She is the owner of Mobile Mama Therapy, Whatcom County’s Perinatal Mental Health Specialists, located in Bellingham, WA. Michelle provides counseling to women through their winding journey of motherhood as well as supervision, consultation and training related to perinatal mental health throughout the Pacific Northwest.
