Let Me Stand Beside You: A Peer Support Model for the Perinatal Period

Join a team of peer support providers in a two-day training on the foundations of the peer support model used in the perinatal period. Learn how to identify, support, and hold parents at risk of, or experiencing perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, how to leverage your own lived experiences to build trust and connection, and walk alongside families in the transition to parenthood. 

This training will be beneficial for birthwork professionals in many capacities including peers, home visitors, doulas, community health workers, case managers, SUD providers, midwives and more.
