Moms in Community (English group)
The focus is on learning mental health tools, building connections, and sharing experiences so parents feel supported and less alone. Parents who are pregnant, adjusting to life with a new baby, or navigating early parenthood. This is a peer support group, not therapy, though it can certainly be therapeutic.
Who: Parents (moms & dads in Benton and Franklin Counties)
When: 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month, starting February 17, 2025
